Nina Tran, an advisor to the Women in Leadership program, is CFO of Veritas Investments, leveraging over 25 years of experience in real estate and financial management. In her talk to the students of the Women in Leadership program, she held up a magnifying glass to a pivotal part of her career: her three-and-a-half-year role as CFO of Waypoint Homes.

Tammy Cameron, CFO at Intuity Medical, Inc.

Tammy Cameron, currently the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at Intuity Medical, Inc., has been a leader in finance for the last 20 years. She’s also been a supporter of Women in Leadership as long as it’s been running — she served as mentor for Leadership Fellow Aubrey Martinez last year and this year will mentor Maria Gines.

Evelyn Dilsaver, Board Director and former President and CEO

An East Bay alum of ’77, Ms. Dilsaver currently serves on 11 boards, both corporate and nonprofit. Her experience crosses every area of management from finance to business development to being president and CEO of Charles Schwab’s $200 Billion Asset investment management firm.

The semester begins soon, and the Women in Leadership Fellows will be hard at work developing personal projects that will make a difference in the world. Many have already started, and those that haven’t look to their peers for inspiration. On Saturday, the program’s Fellows, coordinators, and volunteers met for a virtual retreat to discuss the work ahead.
